Since he was a child, and thanks to his father will, Roberto Vidales Linares, had the opportunity to travel and to know the world from a different perspective: one that can only be offered by the cult for gastronomy.
This unique way of appreciating things awakened in him the need to delve into the discovery of the planet’s cultures by understanding their cuisine’s and ingredients’ richness. A huge pursuit that over the years he was able to document through hundreds of videos and photographs.
However, the sum of all these experiences led Roberto to understand that his beloved Mexico held many of the treasures and the answers that he longed to discover in his quest for gastronomic knowledge.
This is how he decided to devote himself into the task of rediscovering one of the richest cuisines on earth and why he decided to embrace a new adventure: to show Mexican gastronomy to the world and to contribute to it’s appreciation.
To this end, Roberto Vidales founded Two Hungry Mexicans, a project that aims to make a detailed tour of the ingredients, recipes and the great variety of flavors and traditions that make up Mexican cuisine.
